Absolutely helpfull. I have colleagues entering in multiple email addresses when sending mail. They all end up in HubSpot with empty first and last name fields. It is beyond me why those two simple fields cannot also be added.
If the first and last name already exists in the "From:" field in Google, HubSpot should be able to automatically pull it in like their competitors do (i.e., Pipedrive). The information is there, so it's a waste of time to copy and paste into HubSpot, or have the empty first and last name fields. Switching to HubSpot as our CRM was supposed to increase efficiency, not increase steps for inputting basic information.
