We work with many young people (17-24), and they typically prefer WhatsApp over email and definitely over a phone call!
Even more, they like a Voice Note. We have managed to convert a few sales using WhatsApp voicenotes. We think it would be valuable to be able to use voicenotes in the conversation inbox as well as create a view of different conversations based on the channel.
I agree. After some training yesterday we discussed the effectiveness with voice notes after being unable to connect with a contact over email or phone. This would be a real benefit.
Completely agree with this suggestion. For our market, WhatsApp is the preferred channel for all our users and the voice message is essential to be able to have an adequate response.
Same here! We discovered that our attendant is calling customers via personal WhatsApp so she can send audios. In general, hubspot lacks several WhatsApp features
With our portfolio of clients, lots of them prefer to receive (and send) voice notes so they can listen to it while doing other things during their daily routine.
