Hi team, WhatsApp is a very important tool for LATAM Market, here in Brazil, is used in our daily life. It would be great if you could add a feedback survey for this WhatsApp channel, then we can collect the CSAT with a simplified process from our customers.

CSAT is a key metric in customer experience, and the only way to gather this information is by making it easy for the company to share the survey, and for the user to provide feedback in a way that is easy, clear, and fast.
