WhatsApp as a communication channel in Marketing Hub
It would be great to have WhatsApp as a campaign channel in Marketing Hub in addition to Emails and SMS. It's a huge surprise HubSpot does not offer it since majority of competing CRMs in the market have this.
We should be able to track send, receive, open and CTR on WhatsApp campaigns and journeys similar to email and SMS.
