We have been running web satisfaction surveys on our website which have been incredibly useful.
However we would like to make it mandatory to submit an email address so we can contact said web visitor to discuss their experience in more detail.
As it stands there is no option of making collecting a email address mandatory when conducting web satisfaction surveys.
The default text Hubspot supplies for a bad rating is "Sorry we let you down, we will be in contact soon to put this right". However we have no contact information to actually ask them about their experience.
