We need the Meeting booking tool to show available times in AM/PM not 24 hours
As a company booking meetings globally, most recently to Australia and North America we need to ensure the times available are clearly marked AM or PM to avoid our prospects and customers accidentally booking in times they cannot actually make e.g. 3am thinking it is 3pm...
There seems to have been a great deal of confusion with the times they are booking in, I know the tool adapts to their timezone which is useful but people are confusing AM with PM - the same link is used for all geographies and is posted on our site. A most recent example was a Canadian teacher who has booked in for 5:15am his time believing that it was PM, not AM.
Are there any plans to make it clearer to people that the time they are seeing is AM not PM so they don't pick weird times that end up needing to be rescheduled and wasting everyone's time? If it were clearer it would mean that we cut out the email back and forth that the meeting tool was designed to eliminate.
