WORKFLOW conversation: use the TITLE or OBJECT from a mail to create a ticket or redirect mail

Hi it would be SUPER GREAT to add on the workflow setting in conversation : 

 

Object / Title

It will permits us to redirect a mail via its objects / title or create a ticket 

 

exemple:

if customer send an email with object: i have an issue of color with my paint 

workflow can attribute to a new users or create a ticket

 

if customer send an email with title: shipping problem 

workflow can attribute to a new users or create a ticket
