CES surveys can't be customized, and have 7 satisfaction levels as options for rating the support tickets, which our clients find quite confusing.
Therefore we have decided to start using CSET survey type instead as its more straight forward - giving only 3 options from happy to sad face. We have changed the survey type for support tickets to make it easier for the clients to submit, but since surveys no longer link to relevant ticket. It would be amazing if it would be possible viewing support tickets directly from all the survey types
