View the List of Your Contacts who Meet the Send Frequency Cap
In Hubspot, we can apply a "send frequency cap" to avoid sending additional marketing emails to a contact who has already received "x" number of emails in the past ~2 weeks.
But Hubspot doesn't let you view the list of people who currently meet this frequency cap, until after one sends an email with the cap toggled on. (At that point, you can go to the sent email and click through the drop-down list of email statuses).
Without the ability to predict who will be suppressed, this adds an extra step to the worklist of a marketing manager on any given email day – a great marketing manager now has to remember to revisit sent marketing emails immediately after sending to review the list of people who were frequency capped to see if any should be manually allowed – e.g. high lead score leads who have triggered a lot of automated content delivery emails, and might get accidentally suppressed from a monthly newsletter or a promotional email.
