Problem Description: Currently, users cannot see the edit history when a comment on a note is modified. This creates confusion and a lack of transparency, as it is impossible to know what was changed or who made the modification. This is particularly important in contexts where teams collaborate on note editing.
Proposed Solution: Implement a feature that allows viewing the edit history of a comment, displaying previous versions, the date and time of each change, and who made the modification. This functionality could be integrated into a dropdown menu next to each comment.

Cannot agree more with this request. In current state there's no way to see this detail so as an Administrator, it's important for us to know if records are altered so if not within the comment area itself, accessible in the backend works great too.
