View the Customer Portal from the Customer's perspective
We'd love it if we could have a view that we can select one of our customers and see what the portal looks like from their standpoint without having them share their screen/walk us through what they are seeing. This would be helpful if they mention that a ticket that is created isn't showing for them to help us see if it is a setting we need to update, or a bug (more often a setting lol).
