We use our reporting to help BDRs manage their pipeline activities (with 150+ leads per pipeline). We use our reporting as a more effective tool for generating specific "Active" lists. We have drilldowns by Industry, Territory, etc. to monitor the breakdown of individual reps pipelines.
I'd like the option for them to click into a drilldown of a report (all leads in EMEA territory, all leads in Retail industry, etc.) and view the list of contacts generated so they can interact with the information being presented.
The functionality already exists (creating a list of tasks, mass-editing contact data, etc.) when viewing a list. I just need a button to get to this Active List from the report that created it.
This would be extremely helpful! I'm running up against limitations on calculated properties and cross-object workflows so my next solution was going to be using report results to update lists.
Creating a cross object report with my assigned contacts and associated deals, that I am not the owner of. Would love to assign all the deals to me by one click!
Hello from 2023! Just ran a report with drilldowns for contacts and companies, and it would be sooooo helpful to have a little button that says "convert to list" next to the Export and Save As Report options.
Hello also from 2023! I would like to support this request - I want to convert a report to a list but can't figure out how. I can't just build the query in the list filters because the report is from a dataset that joins multiple objects (Contacts, Companies, and a custom object) and it's not possible to do that with list filters.
My workaround for this problem {Making a list from a report in hubspot} was to chose a table view and add the fields I wanted in my list directly there and now I can download it
