It would be very useful to have more history in an active list such as :
- View list history as it is already possible today for workflow, landing pages, emails etc. - View the in and out movements of a list on the contact's timeline, with associated details: date, list name, etc.
Here are 2 uses cases I faced today:
- A coworker changed the filters in an active list. A large number of contacts have been included, even though this was not the purpose of the list in the first place (in my case a Salesforce inclusion list, which triggered the synchronisation with Salesforce).
As of today, I have no way of checking precisely when the modification was made and what criterias he changed exactly
- Another problem I faced, as soon as a contact is no longer part of an active list, we lose the information that he ever was in it.
Those 2 functionalities would be super useful as an admin in HubSpot to check the data quality.
