It would be very helpful to have comments that were made in inbox view (conversations) to be also visible and attached to this specific email or thread when viewing the email in the contact or company window.
A small hover-over icon or collapsible window would also get the job done.
This is a must and strange it's not already a feature. One team adds comments in the conversation and then other team goes to the contact and doesn't see it. Why have some comments in conversations and some in that contact (or company, deal, ticket)? Hard to work with and a bit sloppy.
With chatflows (as opposed to emails) these comments appear in the corresponding record, however, there is no option for emails. Very strange. Comments are likely to contain important information that you want to see when viewing the associated contact record.
