View Tickets across multiple pipelines or link tickets
I am trying to enhance cross-department communication and we run into the following issues. I believe being able to link tickets or for multiple teams to be able to work on a single ticket and view in their pipeline and be used for their metrics separately would help.
So different teams are able to easily view the ticket(s) they are working on.
Being able to clearly and quickly determine the ticket status.
Anyone easily knowing which tickets need a follow up.
A better way to gather clarification from another team / asking questions (currently using tags that are being missed).
Being able to clearly and quickly determine which department the ticket is awaiting action from and what action is pending.
Any team being able to collect the necessary ticket data for their metrics.
