Our sales team view a contact activity feed before reaching out to them, they can see a marketing email has been sent, but they can't see the content of that email.
The hyperlink links to the marketing section of HubSpot to view the email, which the sales team can't access. Sharing email access with our sales team isn't an ideal solution. Would love the ability for sales to view the email preview from inside the activity feed.
Agreed! Giving the sales team read rights to the Marketing email tool is not a good solution as it sends them to the overview page rather than the actual email.
Adding a preview link to the activity card, or sending users to the preview who don't have Marketing access when clicking the current link would be an easy and elegant solution.
Yes! Coming from Salesforce, our team was able to see the marketing emails we sent out so they had a full scope of what type of contact we are having with their leads. Our workaround is a shared doc in Word that I update with what the email templates look like but it's tedious and we shouldn't have to do that in the first place.
