We are also facing issues with multiple contact, creation with one email ID.
As there is still no solution, what if we create (+1) contact for primary email ID and keep another field as Alternate email. This field will capture original email ID.
So, whenever new contact create with +1 email ids Hubspot should consider alternate email ID to send mail to that customer. If Hubspot allow this solution for us this issue will be solved easily.
