As per this KB, currently we are not able to send out from within HubSpot for outlook email alias. This is very difficult for mac users who are using the outlook app, as the new outlook app on mac doesn't allow users to send out emails using alias.
Would love to have this feature where users can do so via the crm itself.
same with us, using MS365 and HubSpot, and not able to send sequences from alias. hope there is a fix to this in the near future since it presents important limitations otherwise to us.
Using O365 with usernames like email@domain1.com but need to be able to send from existing alias for same user from email@domain2.com. Important for companies that have products/divisions with different brand names in their email.
All of our users have 2 or more emails that they need to send from, and we use alias within 365 to manage these. In order to use sequences and other automations, we need the ability to send emails from our multiple accounts in the CRM. As per this article, you cannot do this.
This is a must have for companies who use the hubspot CRM/Office 365 and have different brands. It's so frustrating that the extension does not work by switching between mails
Is it possible to get an update on when/if this is going to be fixed?
We are using Outlook 365. I am having the same issue as we want to send an email from within Hubspot using a sequence that is from our customer care email address and not from an individual user
