Using Groups to @ multiple at once inside of tickets
My company uses the ticket feature heavily and @'s people inside of tickets to let people they need to do that request. For example, if John needs to do something on Ticket X we can @him which is a great feature. However, sometimes we want to @ a group of people. For example, a request might be to our hardware department and I would like to be able to @hardware. I'm wondering if HubSpot currently has a way to do this? If not then I'd like to suggest the feature.
