I work in a team spread across 4 different time zones. It would be helpful if each of us could have our local time zone associated with our HS profile and that would carry through when I'm scheduling activities or assigning tasks.

We are based in New Zealand and have a UK team who are on the complete opposite time zone as us (when it's our morning it's their night and vice versa). We don't want our automated sequences for that region to be going out during our day time when it would be midnight or 2am over there. At the moment I have those sequences set as 9pm-midnight which is 9am-midday in their time zone. Ideally it would be good if they could go anytime during their workday but I don't have the ability to set it to 9pm-5am which is their 9-5 business hours. If the sequences could just send based on the senders time zone then we could just have them all set as 9-5 and it can do it's thing and choose the best time but based on that user's time zone rather than the account default.
We also had issues when our new Australian sales rep started where her meetings were displaying the wrong time for her because it was showing our NZ time zone. The scheduling tool was showing the correct time zone, but her notifications and such were all wrong leading her to miss a meeting.
Wow I am not the only one facing this issue. I work US shift from India and when I'm sending an email on 1st August 1:15am from india, its actually 3:45pm on 31st July in Chicago and I want to see it with those time variables. This majorly affects my Tasks as well.
