User notification / workflows: option to send plain text emails please

Please give us a button to switch to "plain text email" when using a workflow that triggers an internal notification to HubSpot users. 

Reason: we're sending notification mails to our IT department that wants to parse these emails and automate things further. They neither need nor want HTML and email traffic can be quite large in our workflow.

I'd like to add that option to the general email notifications settings as well as in specific workflow automations.
