Right now we don't have the ability to create workflows based on user data - if x rep creates x amount of contacts/accounts or a new document is uploaded or some kind of goal is met based on activity etc.
Ideally, user data and/or goals could be set in a workflow so that we can send updates to our slack channel of good activity - building certain #'s of accounts, closing a certain goal of deals, etc
