Currently within users profile you can add their Job Titles which can then be used as personalisation tokes in emails etc. 

 

However it would be great for those users who are contact owners to also have the ability to add their bio in their profile which can then be oulled forward into marketing emails or alnding pages based on a contacts owner. This can then be self managed individually and easier to pull through using tokens.
