This feature would be for the admin's and users because hopefully this will help manage everyone's time wisely. I have noticed that there are a few users I would like to add to our company, but the welcome email and set up is a hassle for them. Especially when the user is not going to be using HubSpot like most other users. For example, I need to add their name to a field that we have set up called "Sales Lead", but other than that the user will not be used for anything else.
I was hoping that if there could be a way around the welcome email or set up and just add the users (especially when their access if very limited). This would help with time management since it takes time out of their schedule to set up an account they don't use. This would also help admin's like myself so that they are not waiting for the user to complete the set up and I can get right to my task.
