Use workflows to send ticket/deal information to Google Sheets using a Contact-based workflow
Hi team! I'm posting this on behalf of a customer who encountered a roadblock when trying to use the Google Sheet integration to add data to Google Sheets with workflows. Currently, the WFs can only send data from the enrolled records, but not from the associated records. For example, we have a workflow that enrolls contacts that submitted a form containing ticket properties, and we would like to send the contacts and ticket information that was input in the form.
Right now, it is only possible to send contact properties when using a contact-based WF, but when we have form submissions that contain ticket or deal properties, having the possibility to send the data collected in the form to Google Sheets would be very very helpful.
