Use ticket properties in Lead Scoring

It would be really useful to be able to use ticket properties in lead scoring.


For example, if someone emails a Support Inbox and creates a new ticket, using this as a positive/negative attribute would help companies that like to evaluate this criteria.

I am also looking for a solution to this. I want a lead score to be impacted based on tickets created.
