The Forms tool has the option to add payments and upon submission, users can see a "Payment status" under the Form Submissions tab. However, those statuses are not able to be used for filtering (when creating a list).

There are 4 statuses available under the Forms tool; Pending, Succeeded, Failed and Open, but none of these statuses are available to filter contacts when creating lists.
