If you look at the following screenshot, (1) is what the thumbnail is supposed to look like. Unfortunately, the thumbnails end up with black bars on the top and bottom. It looks really tacky if you ask me.
Can we fix this to use the original thumbnail's dimensions somehow?
HubSpot support sent me this link which has nothing to do with what I'm talking about. I don't want to edit the video. I want to make the black bars that HubSpot is adding to the thumbnail to stop being added.
