Use the CALL features + activity in SEGMENTATION Restriction

Hello!

 

It is great to use segmentation but unfortunatly when you plug it with AIRCALL or other VOICE IP solution and when you want to make a segmentation campaign it does not work together!

 

Exemple:

I want my sales assistant, when they left a voicemail to drop a mail + sequence to the customer with this conditions:

 

Send an email to the customer D+2:  IF the customers did not call back or send us a conversation (fecabook messenger, chat..)
at the moment we can only restrict if the customer send us an email back which is not good enough.

 

Unfortunatly I can not add the call features or chat or messenger features in the restriction of the segmentation which lost all interest
