Use test emails in sandboxes for transactional email

We are running into an issue in Hubspot sandboxes where we cannot effectively test transactional emails due to a Hubspot limitation around sending to test email address or domains who are not paid users in the production account.

This is problematic for us as we would like to do more tests in the sandbox with test data, but we will instead have to leverage the handful of real internal users we have and send to those, then constantly delete and recreate the data to re-test.

I have been able to test with your competitors using test data for transactional emails with no problem.

I also support this idea since it defintely limits on what we can test with Sandbox. We have to add internal emails to test the functionality, which beats the purpose of having a sandbox account.

Please remove this limitation HubSpot. It is not convenient to your users at all.

We also have this problem, makes the Sandbox a lot less useful to us.

This is a frustrating limitation and e.g. enabling certain domains for testing could easily solve this.

Adding my vote for allowing emails to be sent from the Sandbox to users not in the HubSpot account. This fucntionality would be extremely helpful in testing task creation and workflows.

Adding my vote as well. Without such feature the product cannot be defined an enterprise application.... not even a mid range one to be honest.

Ran into this limitation today as well, of course just before we wanted to start a large scale testing procedure. I guess I can kinda understand why this limitation is here, but it's quite inconvenient when you're testing with an internal team that isn't necessarily active in HubSpot. They just want to know if their customer-facing flows are properly sending emails, but now they/I have to jump through the hassle of creating a HubSpot account for them.
