Currently, sandbox accounts cannot be used for calling. It would be great if we could test calling within sandboxes before deciding on what calling integration we want to use in our live account.
agree, is super important that we can test phone! We are thinking of switching all communication to Service Hub for our company but won't do it if we can't test phone on the sandbox. This is def a blocker for us
