This is definitely needed on our end too. We now have 150+ forms in our Hubspot site. Keeping our 300+ workflows up-to-date has become challenging whenever a new form is created. We want to be able to lookup for TOFU, MOFU, BOFU in our form names for enroll triggers.
Agree wholeheartedly! Our company has over 1800 forms and counting, so would love to be able to group by form name. Ideally, all that would need to be updated is just added the "contains any of" filter to the dropdown for form name. Right now the filter only has known, unknown, is any of, is none of.
We also have a large number of forms (200+). I'm now working on a (more) consistent format for naming these forms, which will start with a unique code that will allow us to recognise variables such as department / geo / content topic, such as: "211 - XYZ - English - Gated content".
It would be super helpful if I could build triggers that would combine all forms that start with "21", or an additional filter for forms with "English" in the name, because these inbound leads would require specific follow-up.
I was now planning either one of these 2 approaches:
A) To also add this unique form number as a hidden field to each corresponding form, in the form of a newly created custom contact property. Then, as trigger I can add a filter for this contact property, that was added/adjusted when the form conversion took place.
Trigger would look like this: 1) Form Conversion = Any Form AND 2) Custom contact property "contains / starts with" >>> 21 - XYZ
Or B) Automate the respective forms, adding all contact conversions to specific Contact Lists, that will correspond to the unique codes of the forms. Then the trigger would be:
1) Form Conversion = Any Form AND 2) Contact property = List Membership "contains / starts with" >>> 21 - XYZ
I will be testing this approaches, hopefully this can be simplified, using form names as trigger!
