We can use custom behavioral events (CBE) to filter contacts in lists. The major issue here is that it is not possible to use the time of the event and occurrence to refine rules.

Several Enterprise-level clients would like to have this. Also, it would be nice to see this in workflow triggers, but we can use lists as triggers.
Without time and the occurrence refine rules, it is not possible to use these CBEs efficiently.
