I'd love to be able to utilize snippets and have them trigger other actions. For example, I am a marketer and use snippets to pass marketing qualified leads to my salespeople within a thread. I'd like to be able to have this trigger adding that salesperson as a CC on the thread. Also, trigger workflow or a task so that I can make sure my sales team is following up with these leads.
I'd also really appreciate some sort of analytics around snippet, really just a count of how many times they've been used and by whom.
Agreed. We have a HubSpot connected inbox and would like to auto-create a new early stage deal within a contact when using a certain snippets (e.g. "Thanks for your email, we can help with...")
