Use SLA Feature and Tracking on the Tickets and Board View
The current SLA feature is only available for inboxes, however, our company uses Tickets for Support. I would like the SLA icons and tracking available for the tickets in Hubspot. I thought I could still use the SLA option to track in Inboxes even though we use tickets and be able to report on this, but I am seeing the ticket closures match up and noticed the reporting is not reflected correctly in the SLA Dashboard.
