Use HubSpot phone number in user's email signature
Apparently the User: Phone Number email personalization token (defined in a team preset) is pulling from the phone number the user manually entered in their initial user profile, even when this user has been assigned a custom HubSpot phone number -- and this custom phone number is showing up in the user's Calling preferences.
Please change this personalization token to pull from the user's HubSpot phone number if assigned.
I don't want to have to rely on users manually editing their profile after a number is assigned to them. If the number can be assigned centrally by the admin, the number should also be applied centrally.
