Use Folders in Workflows

We'd like to expedite automation by creating workflows based on anything in a folder.

For example, we want to notify contact owners when someone clicks on emails of a certain type, ie- a folder.

Tags would also accomplish this if they were implemented, but folders are already a Hubspot feature and would do fine
