We already have the Facebook Messenger integration, but as of right now a user needs to click it open, e.g. by clicking a cta, and message in a new window.
The hubspot chat-widget is great, but the best solution (for our company at least) would be to have the widget open Facebook Messenger (no redirect or anything - so that the user can chat with us while browsing the pages). A few benefits: 1) I would get a few colleagues to help out in customer service, as they have Fb Messenger installed on their phones, but don't want to install the hubspot app
2) We could get a lot of valuable information on who contacts us.
