I would like to use ChatGPT data to enhance our Hubspot Knowledge Base. Would be great if it could use Hubspot customer data and our Shopify customer data to create personalized answers to questions, direct customers to products that would be good for them, but have guardrails to make sure the conversation stays on topic (we don't want it to just be an open ChatGPT discussion about anything in the world - we make banjos so we would want the conversation to stay banjo focused).
We would also want to be able to monitor conversations so that we can make sure the answers are correct and that we can add more data to make the answers better as we go along.
