We want to utilize the new Service Hub Customer Surveys to send out to our past travelers. Currently, we are using Formstack for our surveys.
One of the things we ask our clients to do is upload photos from their trip with us. This is not an option with the HubSpot surveys. Hopefully, this would be a relatively easy addition considering such modules exist for HubSpot forms.
I've thought about using a HubSpot form as a survey instead, but then of course we don't have the option to use the NPS feature, so it's also not ideal.
+1. We need this to gather profile information and graphics from our partners for use on our marketplace listings. Way easier to create one shareable survey and forms don't really work cause we'd have to create a bunch of custom fields for the text responses that clog up our properties list.
This is necessary for us as well! We ask clients to upload their logo and currently need to utilise Typeform just for this use case. Would love to centralise everything within Hubspot
