Updating property fields during sales process
It would be great to update specific properties at contact level in a call. For example if on a call to a potential lead, there is standard information asked at various call stages. Instead of jotting down all the notes on a call (which can't be reported on) is there away to import the properties into a call field so that it can be filled in during a call while still adding additional information to the call. So for example I need to ask 4-5 specific questions which have various options and this needs to be logged as property in order to report on the options chosen which will affect our product road map.
