Update to the Mobile App: Tickets, Commenting & Mentioning Users

While the most recent updates to the mobile app were spectacular, there are still a few key features missing that are absolutely crucial to the success of Hubspot users.

 

1. Tickets

For some businesses like ours, viewing tickets on the go is huge. While there is a workaround in the app to see these pages, it should ideally be a tab a the bottom. Arguably this is more vital than the Activity tab (or at the minimum, it should be possible for the user to decide what their tabs on the bottom of the app should be).

 

2. Commenting & Mentions

The comment feature on the app is severely lacking. There are bugs with mentioning/tagging other Hubspot users and creating a new comment on an existing activity is a non-existent option. This is absolutely necessary for many businesses that rely on their app for their in-field/on-the-go staff. Not being able to comment back, mention another party, or add a new comment to an existing activity can cause major delays between teams.

I agree with both of these ideas! I just reached out to HubSpot Support asking about the same features. I'm not sure why there are many differences between Android and iOS functionality.  We should be able to access Tickets like the Android version. When accessing a Mention via an email (again iOS) the Record is opened to the Activity Timeline in general, and not the Note or other Activity the user was Mentioned on. Finding where you're attention is needed can be difficult.

It will be great if we could have a tab where we are able to see all of our previous notifications as well. While being able to receive notifications help a lot, it would be great if I could access them again since the notifications are cleared when I clicked into them.
