Update multiple properties in Edit Records action step in workflow
Currently in workflows, you have to create a separate action step for each property you want to edit for a record. Edit record action steps should allow for multiple properties to be edited in the same step.
Yes! And I would like to add the same functionality for batch editing. For example from the Contact object view, when you mass select and then click edit, you can only edit one property at a time. Very slow, just like the workflows. More often than not, there are multiple properties that need to be updated. This would save so much time!
