Update campaign influenced contacts data retroactively
Hi team,
As of now, influenced contacts when added into the campaign, remains within it despite the assets being removed.
For instance, if a customer were to accidentally associate static lists to the campaign and remove them immediately after, the influenced contacts data would not remove those contacts from the static lists.
This makes it difficult for the customer especially if their campaign is already mid-way. thank you!
I'd also love to do this. I had a case where I added the wrong contacts to a workflow and couldn't remove those contacts as "influenced contacts" from that campaign. the number was inaccurate.
