Update Contacts Shown Under Company to Most Engaged
Right now, contacts are not ordered in any specific way under a company rather they show up in the order they were created. This is tedious for a user hopping into an account having to open "Filtered View" to find more important contacts that may be "hidden".
Desired behavior: Auto filter most engaged (emailed, called, etc) contacts to be the ones shown without having to open Filtered View - essentially a dynamic contact list underneath accounts.
This is easier for user to get to relevant contacts, rather than have to "dig" in an account.
I know this isn't a direct fix for what you are looking for from HubSpot. However we had the same challenge as you, we were selling to large businesses with many contacts. So understanding which contacts were the most relevant to us in a visual way became crucial.
We created OrgChartHub to allow us to identify the key stakholders in a Org Chart layout, without leaving HubSpot. Tag the key contacts up with their buyer roles and map the key relationships, which helped with our account based strategy.
