The Custom Event has a property for "Amount Paid".
I have a Contact property for "Last Invoice Amount Paid" and also for "Total Amount Paid".
If I want to update those Contact properties with the related details of the Custom Event property, there is currently no way to do that. I think would be a good thing to have via a workflow.
Yes please, I have the same issue with our product usage custom events, and want to be able to use custom events in calculation and scoring fields to avoid multiplying lists and workflows!
I have a custom event every time someone logs into our product, would like to copy dates for the earliest and the lates, count custom events, count number of events in last 30 days etc
This feature should be rollout asap, I am handling multiple HubSpot accounts and business units. If HubSpot is giving freedom to handle data capturing with custom events then it should be more connect with contact properties, deal information so details can easily integrate in setup. This will help in reporting, calculations, marketing and sales. without integration of custom event data with contacts, deals or orders is just one way data collection. We should have some feature in workflows where we can use custom event data in creating deals or updating contact proeprties or event update orders.
