Until a new user activates their HS account, exclude them from workflows, live chats, etc.



Working for a growing company, I've run into the issue of users that have been created in HubSpot and who have been sent the activation email, but have not yet activated because they have not yet started their work, are being included in workflows or are being assigned live chats. 


It would be great if HubSpot could exclude users who have not yet activated their HubSpot accounts in all activities. Not having this functionality forces administrators to wait until the last minute to create a new joiner's account, which is very impractical.
