I would like to see the option to unpublish a form and or to set a limit to the submissions. For example I would like to set a limit of 100 submissions due to a webinar subscription.

Edit: Day 1352 – Still no option to unpublish a form or cap webinar sign-ups. We're considering switching to smoke signals for faster results! 😂
Come on, tech wizards, let's make this happen before we're sending messages via carrier pigeons!
I’m Ian, the Product Manager for HubSpot’s Forms tool.
Thank you all for taking the time to submit, upvote, and comment on this Idea. I'm happy to report that this Idea is now In Planning! This means that our engineers are actively building this feature.
The product development process is always filled with unexpected bumps and hurdles, so I can't give a timeline, but I am confident in saying we'll deliver this feature as soon as possible.
All updates will be relayed on this thread, so stay tuned!
It would be great to hide or archive forms and emails so we retain he data from those items but do not see them on our active views of forms and emails.
It would be helpful to have a "draft" version of a form so that it doesn't have to be published everytime we want to test it out. A test version of forms would be helpful so that it can be edited internally and refined until it's final.
Adding to this that we NEED this functionality especially for standalone forms. At the very least we should be able to redirect the traffic somewhere else so that when we are finished collecting data from that form we can perserve the metrics, which in the current environment is impssible to achieve when the only alternative to not collecting data is deleting the form.
We would also like to be able to unpublish forms. We often run limited-time promotions, and we'd like to keep our analytics data but we don't want users submitting the forms after the promotion has ended. Even when we've shared a link to a landing page and later removed the form from the page, we still occasionally get submissions to old forms.
Echoing that this needs to happen. If this is not a planned update, can the HubSpot team provide further clarity as to why? This seems like a no-brainer to all of us...
We definitely need the ability to unpublish a form. For example, we used a HubSpot form to receive submissions for a scholarship. Now that the submission window is closed, we no longer need the form.
The option to Unpublish a form is necessary, absolutely. The deleting option is more for testing out forms or forms that were created by mistake was the thinking behind that option.
Wow. I didn't check the community for quite some time because I felt that being able to unpublish a form just had to be an option and I wasn't looking hard enough for it. Really is unbeleivable that it isn't, for all the reasons given above.
Having "archived" forms show up with the active forms is just messy, and it doesn't make sense why there is no functionality to hide unused forms in the main view. I feel like this is a simple product update that's overdue- especially when other MAPs already have this. The lack of organizing capability (aka hiding UNUSED assets) in HubSpot's main views is pretty frustrating altogether.
Hubspot team, are you ever gonna consider @HappyChicken's idea?? The option to unpublish a form seems very needed. We don't want to lose the historical submission data.
How has this not been done? It's the easiest value add at least for forms created on stand alone pages. I'd like to use it for events we host annually, but I don't want people to be able to reach it before or after and I for sure don't want to delete and recreate each time.
