I would like to see the option to unpublish a form and or to set a limit to the submissions. For example I would like to set a limit of 100 submissions due to a webinar subscription.

Edit: 1081 days and counting. This isn't funny anymore.

Edit: Day 1352 – Still no option to unpublish a form or cap webinar sign-ups. We're considering switching to smoke signals for faster results! 😂
Come on, tech wizards, let's make this happen before we're sending messages via carrier pigeons!

My name is Jenny and I'm the new Product Manager of the Forms & CTA tool.
I'm happy to report that this Idea is now In Development! This means that our engineers are actively building this feature as we speak.
The product development process is always filled with unexpected bumps and hurdles, so I can't give a timeline, but I am confident in saying we'll deliver this feature as soon as possible (currently planned for Q1).
All updates will be relayed on this thread, so stay tuned!

It would be great to hide or archive forms and emails so we retain he data from those items but do not see them on our active views of forms and emails.
Based on the feedback I've seen, we rarely get any results from it. My nonprofit is currently auditing HubSpot to see what has been an upsell, what has changed since the upsell, and how much we actually need it. For example, Commerce Hub has changed the way Sales Hub is needed or operated. They are never upfront about this, though, and we constantly have to do our own detective work to make comparisons. Really annoying. I used to recommend HubSpot to my coworkers, always trying to show them the value in the price they charge, but this is getting old—it's exhausting to look into their "updates" and the cost/value/need/changes related to them (if there are any).
Commenting to bump this. Phrased differently - ability to prevent new submissions or use on forms without losing the historical metrics tied to them.
There's risk in leaving old forms accessible if you need to keep them for conversion metrics. Left with having to comment 'do not use' in Naming conventions and move forms to 'legacy' Folders. That said, the forms still appear as options when accessing form search from a page editor.
If anything, the 'published' status for forms is confusing
