Currently, HubSpot has the ability to track unique chat (conversation) sessions. However, they do not have the same functionality for emails. Instead, we can track the number of replies or sends which doesn't help when you are trying to see the number of sessions directly in HubSpot. Sure you can export it and deduplicate, but a report in HubSpot would streamline things immensely.
